KAIZEN Kaizen yet another great philosophy brought into our lives by Toyota during the 1980s. The term Kaizen originates from two Japanese words, Kai, meaning change, and Zen, meaning good. The philosophy behind Kaizen is continuous improvement in a selected area. Since its birth, countless large and small businesses around the world are using Kaizen every day to identify areas of improvement.

Employees apply Kaizen as a strategy (Lean Transformation) by bringing together their ideas and skills for continuous small incremental improvements in the company’s administration and manufacturing process, finding solutions across all fields, including quality, efficiency, and productivity. Through Kaizen, teams learn to think much more efficiently about the task at hand and how to overcome challenges long-term value.
